Arby's

Only 2 other customers in restaurant, so no wait. Cashier could b little more knowledgeable about products/processes, and she needs some improvement on people skills. Sandwich would have been real good, but the toasted bun was on verge of being burnt. Got the smoked brisket sandwich. Not the most tender, but tasty. They were just about out of sweet tea in canister.

This Arby's by far is thee best ! The hands on manager goes into the dining room and ask each of us if she can get us anything! She always has a smile and a kind word ! The food is Awesome as always ! Wether I get a Roast Beef Combo or the Traditional Greek Gyros Combo it's always Delicious!

Excellent customer service, clean lobby, food looked/tasted great. I was greeted by Mary, who was very helpful & patient with me, which I truly appreciate. I hardly go to Arby’s so I took a while to order. I ordered the greetk gyro she had recommended which didn’t disappoint me at all???????? I had failed to mention I wanted to substitute my fries for potato cakes in my meal... she offered to replace my sides without giving me an attitude or rolling her eyes (which I’ve experienced before at another fast food restaurant). She most definitely went out of her way so I could enjoy my food as well as enjoy my experience at Arby’s. I most certainly will be coming back often.

So as I mentioned in a previous review I stopped at this Arby's to see if they would exchange my sandwich as a courtesy to the order mix-up at my previous stop. As I expected Ivan the Great and Patricia kindly obliged. Belen remade it perfectly. Great Job Arby's!!!! Looks like we need all fast-food locations to take a page out of the Arby's training handbook. #1 in Customer Service
