Lakewood Brewing Company

Great tour! Delicious beer! Cool atmosphere! Highly recommend a trip to Lakewood brewery. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I had a wonderful time. This was a treat for our 12 yr wedding anniversary. Terrific start to our day.

Great beer great venue, they have enough seating to accommodate parties and walk-ins all at once. Awesome staff too. Come here if you are in the area. The 9n draft soda and root beer are great for nondrinkers.

Really enjoyed our first experience at Lakewood! Really enjoyed the variety of beer options that aren't found in stores and that there was a pizza food truck out back. It was a little cold to sit outside or in the back room, but once it warms up there would be a lot of seating options. Only downside is that they couldn't sell any beer to-go, but that isn't the fault of the brewery (it's the fault of dumb Texas beer laws).

Good brewery experience. Bar area is relaxing, grab a table and sample some great beer. Fast, friendly service at the bar. Large outdoor area with a pizza food truck. Dog friendly at the outside area. A couple of video games and a pinball machine.

The server behind the counter was wonderful and very polite. When I came to the bar for my second Coconut Temptress, he was out back grabbing more clean glasses. The owner of the establishment was behind the bar, but refused to even recognize my existence for 5 full minutes. Mind you, no one else was asking for a drink at that time. While he saw me there he could not be bothered to even come over and tell me it would be a bit due to the circumstances. No. He would glance over at me from behind the bar 4 times and continue his conversation. It's a great place and the beer is delicious, but the owner (or one of them) could possibly attempt to appreciate their patrons. That said, the bartender was very courteous. The 4 stars is for the bartender. The owner gets ZERO stars for being a jerk.
