I found myself going here once a week for the healthy food options such as the chef salad, which is delicious and fresh. Check them out if in the area!

Always good food, made with love, by hardworking people I appreciate. Really like how they add new variety with daily specials with foods not on the regular menu, but I tend to enjoy one of my many favorites instead. I recommend the Mediterranean chicken hummus sandwich, the Cuban with extra peppers and pickled onions, the breakfast sandwich (10:30a cutoff time), and for sides: tomato basil soup, hummus with veggies, brussel sprouts (not usually something I like), oatmeal raisin cookie (it's actually better than the chocolate chip! Hard to believe), and hibiscus tea... It's like grape juice...it is so good. Everything else gets an A-.... Very good, but not as good as the ones above. Sometimes I really just want a tuna sandwich, the Italian, or a meaty burger. I've tried everything. It's all good, if you can just figure out what your mouth wants. Now I'm hungry again.

I had the patty melt and a cup of the tomato basil soup. The soup was thick and creamy and full of flavor. The patty melt was on nicely toasted bread (though not rye bread) and had a very nice sauce on the perfectly grilled burger and onions.

Healthy food that tastes great! This place even got me to like brussel sprouts. It's also a great place to network! My fiance came here for lunch and was offered a job in his field (finance). I'd recommend this place, even to just network and sip on a healthy, delicious smoothie.

Good sandwiches & smoothies!

Came here for lunch today with my wife, she recommended this place that she’s ordered from before but had not actually dined in.

We received a warm greeting as soon as we ran in from the crazy rainy weather. I ordered the Cuban Sandwich w/Mac & Cheese on the side. My wife had already ate spread at work so just ordered a Pineapple Kale Smoothie.

The order did take a bit longer than expected to get to our table but it was lunch time & relatively busy (also when I’m borderline “hangry” time seems so much longer). Once food was on the table it definitely tasted freshly made & flavorful. I was also pleasantly surprised just how good the Pineapple Kale Smoothie tasted! This location also has all kinds of sayings on the walls which make for fun reading. ????

Best part about the visit was how staff greeted all customers both when they arrived & before they left. They stopped by our table as well to make sure everything was good. Very good customer service & good quality food, will definitely be back. ????????
