I use their fresh Bánh Tằm for my Xíu Mại at my restaurant, and they’re perfect every time. Chewy, not mushy, and never break. This takes immense talent and dedication to the craft. (June 13, 2021, 7:08 pm)The vermicelli were chewy in a good way, it does not vreak apart, or wet. Very convenience if you are in the area. Price is very fair as well. They make them fresh daily. You can get the small or large vermicelli depending on meal you are eating it with.
