I'm constantly in search of the most authentic Viet food because I am always craving it!
The Cali Saigon mall reminds me so much of Vietnam! Located in a food court, there's probably like 10 booths.. anywhere from Banh mi to Che!
This booth is everything! The bun rieu flavor is exactly what I would get from home. I would seriously eat this everyday. The bun cha ca! Oh man, the cha ca texture is so fresh and chewy! Like I am in LOVEEEE!!

This little gem is becoming one of my wife and I favorite place to go to for a quick bite after work. The menu has just a few items but each one of the dishes are deliciously yummy and tasty to the last bite.

Another thing that I love about this place is their ordering system. Instead of relying on the ringing the bell to let you know your order is ready like other vendors here (and that's a pretty confusing system when you have multiple customers waiting for their turn, all gawking at the counter, waiting for staffs pointing, waiving and everyone thought it is their dishes. Urgh!!!). They have the pager system so you know exactly when your order is ready for pickup.

And did I forgot to say the dishes are finger licking good? Well, forget finger licking good, it's bone knawin' good!!!
