Understaffed or untrained employees. Three cars took 45 minutes in the drive-through. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and a large cheese tater tots. The tots were a little burnt and I wanted a solid 15 minutes at the window. The staff was cleaning, and one person always taking care of the cooking, so it was fresh, just not fast at all. Would recommend for those who have tall vehicles, as their drive-through could fit a semi truck.
Best service I've received at a Sonic in a long time. Beats going to the one off Beltline and 30. The staff was extremely patient and friendly. This is our new local sonic! Thanks for the fantastic service ladies 😉
