“This place is way chill, with a very clean urban chic ambiance. There is plenty of seating, the walls are decorated with different kinds of art from pop culture to older Texan and Mexican cultural art. There's a large open area, a backyard with outdoor games, and a reading/coffee nook. The staff is super friendly and I'm definitely coming back. Great prices on food, too.”

There is a huge area for kids to play and some good nooks for adults to have some drinks and chill on their own. A nice place for families, a young hip crowd and the older set too. “I LOVE Firehouse subs. The subs are flavorful with great options. I especially like the bar of hot sauces and that's a big reason I visit. Plus they have friendly staff that seem to go out of their way to make sure you're happy (this store especially). However, this store's layout is terrible. There is almost always a line but they do get people through it quickly. The line takes up space that is used for getting through the restaurant so you have to cut through tables, which are already packed in tight. Even without a line, there just isn't much room in this place. It's a very LONG store, but narrow. I love the food and service, but this location's setup makes me feel cramped if there are many people in the store and I don't like that at all.”

“I wish the service at night was faster, but ANY Whataburger at night is slow.... idk why though! But regardless it's hard to be upset when the staff at this location are so sweet and understanding. Recently there was an issue... they accidentally charged my credit card, debit card, and took my cash. I had $10 cash to pay and was gonna pay the difference on my credit card, but the girl said it was declined, so whatever right... I gave her my debit and she gave me a receipt. I didn't realize what happened until I got home when my bank notified me I was charged 2x, but never received my cash back. I called and Billy the night manager, I believe, was very sweet and helpful. Went the next day and they refunded my money. Needless to say they are patient, kind, and quick to resolve an issue. I would just recommend they have a better system for nights when they get busy....!”

Service is fast, and the taste is much better than most food court offerings. This was my first time to eat at a Panda Express. It was in the food court at Grapevine Mills Mall in Irving, TX.
