I had a pretty bad experience and Breanna went above and beyond to help. Its a pretty young staff there so I'm glad she did something about my complaint. Gained my business again. Thanks!
This last order I placed was really lacking compared to my past experience from here. The lemon pepper wings were extremely under seasoned some even had no seasoning and the Cajun seasoned fries never have enough seasoning.
Great winds, but there are wings of equal quality that cost less. Staff never feels friendly. It is like my patronage is an intrusion.
I greatly appreciate the guy that came from the back, asked if I needed anything, and ensured I had fresh fries; however the lady at the front taking orders around 8 pm on 10/13/18 was a real piece of work. Not only did she completely ignore me and started taking other peoples orders behind me but she became aggravated just for asking a simple question. She definitely needs to work on her customer service but the food was good.
