Pollo Regio

The food is great and it might be small but you get your food quick. One small problem is if you park and go inside to eat, if it gets busy in the drive thru, it'll be difficult to get out of since cars keep coming in. That would be the only problem. Other than that, it's a nice hidden place.

Love the food but the green sauce was way hotter then the other Regios and I have been to most of then in the Dallas area... Tastes like they vary on the recipe a little.. I love the green sauce so, I wont be visiting this one again. Just way too hot for me. Also it's very small. Only 4 many 5 tables so at lunch time you should think about getting it to go just in case.. Staff was very friendly..

The food is delicious. We love it. What we don’t appreciate in our many years of using their service is the customer service. They sometimes appear distracted and last time we ordered a whole chicken and they only gave us half a chicken. Good thing is when we came back they didn’t make a fuss about it and gave us the other half. It’s just that we have been dealing with those incongruences for a while and I felt the need to talk about it so that they take their job more seriously.
