I placed my order using the app. It allows you to choose your pickup time down to minutes. I chose 1:02pm which is close to my 1:00pm lunch time to ensure my food was hot. I received a text at 12:52pm, 10 minutes before my requested time stating my food was ready. Needless to say my burger and fries were cold when I arrived. The owner did not apologize, but instead advised me that I should be satisfied that my order was ready before I arrived. He seemed annoyed that I requested hot fries ( I accepted the lukewarm burger because I only get 30 minutes for lunch). He was defensive instead of professional and lacks customer service skills. He also doesn't understand how the app works. I wouldn't recommend using it if you expect your food to be ready at the time you request it.
