(March 16, 2019, 3:14 am)I've heard from other reviewers that this place isn't a pleasant place to be, but it must've changed over time. All the employees are friendly, especially the young asian lady. And they never get irritated if they get my order wrong. And the décor is nice! Not to mention the sandwiches are amazing! Best subway I know. Way better than the others in Irving. 5 stars!

(October 11, 2018, 12:53 pm)This subway is usually one of my favorites but the past 3 visits were not the normal great tasting subs. It's the small things that can destroy a delicious sub like tomatoes not rip and you get the end pieces that should have been thrown away. Also lettuce not fresh but wilted discolored shreds. Then an over toasted sandwich made bread hard as rock. Usually this location is my favorite. I'm going to give one more chance. But after that no more money wasted.
