On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

The food was good. We got a waitress in training who messed our order up three times, but we got it. I love the environment and the comfort of it.

Awesome service. My server, Jannet, provided some of the best customer service i have ever received. She would always come around often to check up on our table. Very happy with how we were treated

My wife and I just left dinner with Ashley as our server. We were so impressed, we called to find out how to make sure the manager was aware of what a great job she did and to find out where to submit a praise report. Not only was she very observant of our needs, on top of filling our requests, professional and friendly...she was full of smiles and cheer, was complimentary and sure to ask how her service was to make sure we were satisfied and that she was doing a good job. When asking how long she had been there, we were stunned to hear “this is my third day”. Keep them coming like Ashley. She is doing a great job!

I only go to this location for many reasons. Which makes EVERYTHING better. There are about 4 locations closer to where I reside but I choose this one because of the staff and friendly faces I see regularly. We all go for one common reason. Hannah, the Thursday night bartender, makes this location SO much better than any other I've been to. Which is why I'm a regular on Thursday nights when i can make it. She makes the best drinks, gives the most attentive service, and works harder than anyone I've seen basically anywhere. Not only is she amazing but the rest of their staff is very friendly and great at their jobs as well. Food is always on point and perfectly hot. I've tried and been to many other locations all over the metroplex but this one can't be beat.

The service was excellent. Our server took care of all our needs. He even turned down the music that we thought was a bit loud so we could hear each other. The food arrived quickly and was very good.
