    Food was great...the server was in a hurry.. she didn't let me look at the options...great food and atmosphere...clean store...poor attitude and service... Chipotle needs a shift manager to supervise the young workers..

    Great service and very convenient! I've had issues with other Chipotle locations in Irving especially with online otdering/pick up but this location has always been great and very accurate!

    Just left from here! I came during lunch time and the line was crazy long, however the line moved fast and I had my food in less than 10 minutes. Food was great and the employees were extremely friendly.

    -Good portions
    -Fast service
    -Friendly employees
    -Great location

    Will be coming back again.

    This Chipotle leaves a lot to be desired. I think their wraps are a little on the small side. The bag of chips that you pay for you get a handful as if you're buying a potato chip bag for 50 Cent. The people are Pleasant enough what you got them the three stars.

    They made my day today!!! I generally like this Chipotle anyway because the food is always good, the servings are adequate & the service is fast. When I went in today, I get to the front of the line & I realize I forgot my wallet... so I'm like "can you hold it for me so I can get my wallet?" The guy behind the register (a manager I think) replies back, "oh it's okay it's on us today"... completely made my day. Of course I was happy for the free meal, but at the same time you just dont see this type of customer service in today's businesses. Everyone is more focused on the bottom line than the customer service. Thank you Chipotle????
