IHOP

Delicious! But this can be said about just about every IHOP. This location was very clean and neat before we even entered the establishment. Parking was great and there were many parking spaces available. We got a space right in front of the door. I assume this was because we went in the middle of the day. The restaurant itself was clean and tmwe were greeted almost immediately and seated right away. It only too a few minutes for our waitress to come to the table and take our order. I forgot her name but she was a very friendly, pleasant, mature, African American lady. She put our order in a checked (for us) to make sure we could still order all-you-can-eat pancakes or if the promotion was over. It was still being served. Along with the pancakes, I ordered the Colorado Omelet with spinach and mushrooms and it was magnificent! I adored our waitress because she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I didn't use the restroom so I can't comment on that but based on the rest of the restaurant, I sure it was clean as well. Left the waitress a hefty tip. I recommend this IHOP to everyone for the good food and great service.

Service and food was good. Charles was great and very helpful. Food came quickly and just as I ordered. It was change over so he had to hunt down the hot sauce.

Food is always great at IHOP, but the service was subpar in Irving. Our waiter truly acted as if he didn't want to be there and checked on us maybe twice the whole hour and a half we were eating. I would like to include that the second time was only to present us with our check." Can I get some water?" IHOP is a staple for breakfast food however, I won't visit this location again.

Phyllis was absolutely amazing! She had the best customer service and kind personality. Give her a raise because she truly is one of a kind. If we ever come back, we know who we’re asking for.
