Gloria's Latin Cuisine

Oh Gloria's....what can I say? We ordered the skinny margarita which was pretty good, not too sweet nor overbearing with sweet and sour mix. The tequila to lime juice ratio was exceptional. For dinner I had the fajitas....beef and steak. Overall the meat was tender and with good seasoning. The sides of rice and beans were very bland and my corn tortillas were undercooked. I could see myself visiting again.....

Stopped at Gloria's after event at Toyota Music Factory for a quick drink and snack. Sat at the bar. Bar staff did not notice us for ten minutes (it was busy) , but once we got their attention they served us well. Margaritas were excellent. I just got some queso for the free chips. The bean dip was also good.

Went to Gloria's before the show and the food and atmosphere was great. 6pm on a Saturday and it was already a wait but worth it. Had the fajitas for 2. Perfect! The decor at this location is great. The service took a while in between ordering drinks and then food. We also waited another 10 min after asking for the check. It is worth coming here though.

The Las Colinas Gloria's is the best location I've been to. The food comes out incredibly quick and piping hot. The staff is personable and helpful. The bean dip they serve with the salsa is incredible. If only the Gloria's bigwigs would sell me that recipe, my life would be dangerously close to complete.
