Applebee's Grill + Bar

We went because of a coupon we had and it being my first time I didn't know what to expect. I was thoroughly surprised at the quality of the food that we were served and the speed at which it arrived at our table. I had the brisket tacos and they were good maybe there could have been a bit more brisket in the tacos but overall I was satisfied. The tea was weak though but that is most places. The service was good though ????. Also had the chips with spinach dip and it was really good. All in all I am happy with it.

Not the best applebees. I've been to better. The food is awesome. But the service is so bad. I made a Togo order and it took them more than 30 minutes to bring my food. If you are in a rush, this is not where you want to go to get a Togo order. They are just extremely to slow.

The reason behind the three stars is the quality of food... I get the feeling Chef Mike Wave gets a lot of work done here. I get that, maybe, they're trying to reduce waste, but there wouldn't be ANY if they increased their food quality.

The better the quality, the more people will go. Also, what is it with their beer having ZERO carbonation? I don't know, regardless, the servers are always very friendly and attentive, and that's ALWAYS a plus!

We went for the all you can eat dinners. Ribs, chicken strips or shrimp. I ordered the chicken.
First came the salad. Their house vinaigrette is marvelous!! Then can the dinner. I was served 6 huge chicken strips and fries! Everything was hot and very tasty. The initial portion was so large, I ended up taking 4 strips and some of the fries home that night.
I was impressed with the quality of the food and received great service.
Very happy and will be a repeat customer. Y'all should try it out, especially if you haven't been there in a while. I believe you'll be surprised at the improvements made within the last year.
