Chicken Pullita

Tried this place yesterday. Ordered the half chicken with rice beans and tortillas. The beans were homemade and had that authentic ranchero bean flavor with plenty of weenies and bacon. I would come back for the beans alone. The rice was simple and not over salted, great texture. The tortillas were hot and fresh. The chicken is seasoned simply, I don’t think they use a bunch of cumin, chili powder, and heavy herbs like Pollo Regio. The breast meat was a bit dry but it’s tough to get breast meat juicy while making sure the other meat is fully cooked. Great salsas. I would suggest they introduce a combo with chicken and ribs so people can try both. Two pieces of chicken and two ribs. Just a thought. All in all I would definitely come back a second time.

It's better that Pollo Regio their chicken is very well done and not dry .
