This restaurant is fairly new. It was really very good. There's not enough positive that I can say regarding the steak fajitas. Before you order anything else, you have to try the steak fajitas. They are, hands down, the best steak fajitas I have ever had. That's right, ever! I highly recommend, and you should also try their corn tortillas. The atmosphere was great, the energy of the staff was very good. It's worth a wait if you're not immediately seated.
Service was fantastic by Genevieve. Food was really good. I had the super burrito and it was super. Great plate. One of the managers (i believe) came out and gave us a sample of the meat they use on the beef fajitas. OMG that was super good. Highly recommend that.
The only cons i can think of would be the price. This is very expensive. Even the lunch menu is a bit steep.
But the service is fantastic and the food is good.
I grew up going to Lupe Tortilla in Austin/Houston. I was excited that they were opening close by. The restaurant is smaller than it looks from the outside with less tables than you would think. The servers seemed to be a little overwhelmed, but were friendly and professional. Once they have been open for a while you won't see this being a problem. The food was served quickly and lived up to all the hype I remember. We ordered a 1lb of beef fajitas to share between 4 people and it was the perfect amount of food. The fajitas were seasoned well. The tortillas were fresh. I can't wait to go back-they serve breakfast, so I want to try their breakfast menu.
I'm familiar with Lupe Tortilla in Houston so I was happy to have one close to my house. They are still in soft opening and training new employees. The hostess check-in is a time consuming process which increases wait times for a table. The fajitas are not the same as I remember but still good. Margaritas are always a winner. For quicker service, sit in bar area.
New restaurant just opened. Still getting organized by doing soft opening before officially opening. Great atmosphere. Large menu selection with many things to choose from. Food was good and served quickly. Good location and will be busy for lunch. Puffed tacos and enchiladas were excellent. Beef fajitas were great. Two different kinds of salsa are served, one is a unique bean style. Chips are medium thickness. Overall good vibe and worth a visit
