Instant favorite. Everything about this place is fantastic. Clearly designed by a staff who knows the industry and has a clear vision of what excellent dining should look like. The space is gorgeous, small but elegant and exclusive. The food was incredible. I have to go back just to work my way through the whole menu! Ordered tartar, beef cheek, mackerel feature, crudo, creme brulee, and espresso. Every dish was better than the last, paired with a wine menu you don't want to overlook. The staff is clearly excited to launch this new restaurant and it's contagious

We loved Monaco! This is our neighborhood and we are always looking for a great spot to grab a nice dinner and good wine. Also, Louis at the bar mixed a great drink!

Wow! We had an awesome experience at Monaco tonight. The food and drinks were perfect. The service was phenomenal. Chef Matt has curated the dishes and cocktails so that they all represent an extraordinary balance of flavor and texture. The whole vibe was fun—old world with a luxe finish. Absolutely recommend.

Stopped in with a few friends to try out the new spot. I am so excited to have another nice restaurant in Las Colinas and this one might just be my favorite now. The atmosphere was wonderful. The decor makes you feel like you’ve stepped out of Texas. I think what we experienced was a limited menu since the restaurant is still in a sort of soft-launch phase. All the cocktails were amazing and the staff were happy to recommend wine pairings to go with our meals. The food was delicious and it is clear the menu was crafted with care by professionals. The Redfish Marsala was my favorite dish I tried from the evening. I really don’t think the surrounding restaurants can compare when it comes to food, service or atmosphere. Can’t wait to see the full menu in September!

Came to this new upscale soft open. They will have a full menu in sept. Near the water with indoor and outdoor seating. Top shelf drinks and wine list. Make sure to ask frank for wine remmendations. The space, service, staff and food were amazing. Make sure to stop by and check out this local secret. Great for couple, date night and families.
