    This location is new to area, respectful customer service, smiling faces and see to the customer's request with a smile. The food, hot, not over or undercooked with that Popeyes flavor that you expect. I will most definitely be returning!!!

    Popeyes Chicken review 03/19/2022
    This is for the new store in Irving boulevard and Loop 12 Walton Walker boulevard.

    First this location is nice and new. The drive-thru is easily accessible it's right there on the corner so we should get a lot of business and a lot of traffic. My review is I had an issue with the coleslaw and without an argument without much of issue the team took care of it and went far beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Customer loyalty is a big thing and they just got my loyalty to this location today. All the food I ordered today taste excellent I would definitely recommend anyone to stop here for Popeyes Chicken 👍
