Starbucks

One of the best locations in DFW! Everyone is always so friendly, Sapphire, Zach, and Bob especially. The store is new and always clean, and the service (inside or drive thru) is always very fast.

I am really happy about finally having a Starbucks downtown Irving. Only bad thing is every time I go they don’t have cup holders, dragon fruit, caramel crumble, honey citrus tea. Staff is great, just need to train cashier a little more. Didn’t know how to redeem points.

i know iv left a review before but I'm gonna leave another. so i like my coffee a certain way. especially when i get it literally everyday. i would say 4 out of 5 i get it the way i want. and the 1 i don't. and when i say something about it some of the morning crew gets an attitude and doesn't want to fix it. so fine i end up leaving and haven't been back. i decided to go back again, and was almost in tears on the way i was greeted. they missed me! it really meant a lot you know. most people don't even say hi! so it was very warming to have them scream my name and even run up to me and hug me! (yes I'm crying) haha this is a really good store! just like any team, everyone needs to work on themselves before they can be perfect! great store Starbucks.

I absolutely love the morning crew here! they always have warm smiles and amazing coffee skills! I come here just about every morning and its so sweet, right when I open the door they scream my name welcoming me in! and start on my usual! y'all definitely have a great team here Starbucks! keep it up!
