While maybe not the "best" as everyone is saying. My pad see ew was delicious, the price was great and the service was impeccable. I'd give the pad see ew above average, a solid 6.5 out of 10

I got the Lad Na with extra tofu and MY WORD it was phenomenal! As a vegan, my food options get pretty limited but they had plenty of available entrees and I can't wait to try more. This will certainly be my go to when I want Asian food or just can't decide in general.

When I first visited, I was encouraged by my server to try the Pad Thai because it's the best in the area. This was a strong statement to my ears, given that Pad Thai is my go-to as an initial point of comparison whenever I try a new Thai or fusion restaurant. But indeed, it IS the best I've had in the area! Whenever I go for lunch, I take an extra order home for my family, which agrees with me. Service is pretty impeccable. If I have any complaint, it's that in many cases the seating is low for the table. But I am happy to ignore that very minor point. Thai E San is now my go-to for Irving-area Thai food, for all of the right reasons.
