“Food is good. But if you are picking up, I highly recommend you order online prior to the arrival. It takes way too long to prepare the food. I have picked up food more than five times. Every time it took more than 30 minutes. It is very very tiring. At least, food is good. If not, I would have never gone back again. But food is good. So I go there and regret.”

The special bowls (e.g., Super Bowl and the Spicy Bomb) are well-planned and well-executed. Seating is pretty limited, so keep an eye on the time if you plan to eat in during a peak hour. I work at a large office complex close by, and I have not heard one negative comment from the many people who've been here.”

“Just like any other Fuzzy's, it has great food and ample seating. My food comes out quick everytime and it has an enjoyable atmosphere. The location of the establishment is difficult to navigate. It's located on a one way, so if you miss it you're looping back. In addition, parking at this place can get tight as they don't have many spaces. Outside of that, the actual food, service, and atmosphere are all top notch.”

“Good Food - Good Service. They have a good salad bar for a small cafe. Their food is always fresh. Always a good lunch spot if your in a hurry. The place is busy so call ahead if you can. One other cool thing. The owner was making a special Mediterranean burger one day for clients off-site. It smelled great and I asked if I could have one. What she made was AWESOME!! Not sure how much they do "off menu" stuff but the food is really good quality. Keep in mind this cafe is on the first floor of a business building. When your busy and need to get back to work this is an outstanding option!”

“Music too loud. Bad service - Waitress argued I did not order what I did before granted it has been awhile. But that's not good service. The manager came over ignored me and went to the man at our table. I called him over as he left he was perturbed about it. I asked to order something else he said he will send waitress. Not good service. I never asked to not to pay what we had just ordered just questioned why not same. I'm sure they will have someone add 2 or more reviews since I gave this bad one. Also, counted my 2 yr old as part of party of 6 to charge the 15% tip automatically.”

We were so impressed, we called to find out how to make sure the manager was aware of what a great job she did and to find out where to submit a praise report. Not only was she very observant of our needs, on top of filling our requests, professional and friendly...she was full of smiles and cheer, was complimentary and sure to ask how her service was to make sure we were satisfied and that she was doing a good job. When asking how long she had been there, we were stunned to hear “this is my third day”. Keep them coming like Ashley. She is doing a great job!”
