“In an area with so many fusion restaurants, they deliver the traditional experience that is second to none. Instead of the greasy food from some of the other places, this is fresh and delightful. Little touches like fresh seasoning in sauces and bountiful sides make all the difference. We had ours delivered so I can't personally speak to the premises, but the gentleman delivering the food was friendly and respectful. I will be ordering again from them.”

“I got the K Town with all the extras. It was big, but every good. It was a nice combination of flavors. My wife get the Turkey burger and my daughter got the veggie burger. They both said that the burgers were really good. I will say the French fries were not great and the staff member working the counter was not overly friendly or helpful.”

“I took my two sons, 16 and 6, Sunday after church. We hadn't ever even heard of it before, but found it by searching for local restaurants on Google maps. The food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the prices are very affordable. It's a cafeteria style line to order what you want, and you pick your own table. It wasn't crowded at all, so it was extremely comfortable. Then they bring the food out to you - which is absolutely delicious. All the staff had smiles on their faces and we're very helpful. We will definitely be returning!”

“The food is good. Their honey pecans and honey buttered croissants alone are worth going! That's is a fairly good selection of lower calorie meals (under 800 cal for entire meal), but no appetizer options for the calorie conscious. Their broccoli is always perfectly steamed and the sweet corn and southern green beans are seasoned nicely. The service is not always the quickest, but the servers have always been friendly and polite.”

“We tried the Range Rattlers for appetizer and was very good (super hot as expected for having a huge jalapeno in it. The grilled chicken sandwich is really good. The gulf coast steak was average but the shrimp was soggy, Our server was really nice and offered to get more fresh ones but we were really full at that point. The chocolate cake is excellent as well. The place in general is very nice and the high ceiling gives it a very comfortable environment.”

“I have to admit, I'm addicted to Popeyes. Not many people know this, but they have a Tuesday special - one piece of thigh and leg for $1.7. I blame that offer for getting me hooked to this place. “Recently visited this place and can definitely say it is now on my list of favorites! The first time I went, we ordered tacos, fajita, carnitas, and chicken. They were awesome! So good, in fact, that I went back a few days later and ordered a taco salad. It was honestly probably the best taco salad I've ever eaten! “Delicious! But this can be said about just about every IHOP. This location was very clean and neat before we even entered the establishment. Parking was great and there were many parking spaces available. We got a space right in front of the door. I assume this was because we went in the middle of the day. The restaurant itself was clean and tmwe were greeted almost immediately and seated right away. It only too a few minutes for our waitress to come to the table and take our order. I forgot her name but she was a very friendly, pleasant, mature, African American lady. She put our order in a checked (for us) to make sure we could still order all-you-can-eat pancakes or if the promotion was over. It was still being served. Along with the pancakes, I ordered the Colorado Omelet with spinach and mushrooms and it was magnificent! I adored our waitress because she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I didn't use the restroom so I can't comment on that but based on the rest of the restaurant, I sure it was clean as well. Left the waitress a hefty tip. I recommend this IHOP to everyone for the good food and great service.”
