    Service at this location is a hit or miss! Sometimes it's nice, but most of the time it's just okay! You may get greeted and sat immediately or you may wait and wait and wait! The overall experience could be a lot better if the staff looked like they enjoyed being there. I know serving/ hosting isn't always easy, but it definitely shows here! I'd probably only return if every other location were full. :/

    It was a bit busy, wait time was quite awhile. Although our server James was very attentive to my family needs. Time wise was eh... customer service awesome. Food was great. Still love their 3/10 deal.

    Chili's has continued to evolve. So many great choices. Their chips and salsa are my very favorite. Some of the new burgers are amazing. Cedar hill is always clean, most servers are friendly and helpful. They seem to be short staffed every so often and wait times at the table become horrible.
