Zac's Phillysteaks & Shakes

We ordered a philly cheesesteak and a burger with fries and a drink. I ate mine first and boy will I tell you I never ate such a good burger. Everything was fresh and hot. The cheese was melted on the burger. The vegetables were fresh. Everything was properly seasoned. The hamburger patty was just right and the food just melted in my mouth. Let me rephrase. The comfort food melted in my mouth. My boyfriend ate his philly cheese steak and his one comment was "we been getting lucky with real food and good food". We waited less than 10 minutes no more than 7 staff was very attentive and courteous with smiles asked questions to make sure the order was accurate and repeated the order. I really do believe with service that great your staff really does deserve a raise. Good There was a small misunderstanding with my order number and it was fixed immediately. Restrooms are clean and the dining area is clean. Smiling faces, good food, speed equals amazing service and a happy customer. Will be returning very soon. The only thing I suggest is a small medium large option on drinks. Maybe extra for a large.

Their combo 10" Philly Cheese with provolone, mushrooms, jalapenos, bell peppers and onion was very flavorfully and filling. I will be going back. Their regular fries are only good if you eat them while they are fresh and hot. After too long, they are not good.

It was amazing best food in DeSoto. Chicken wings great Philly cheesesteak great they even have provolone cheese come on now how can it get any better??? Their onion rings were off the chain unbelievable even though Ice-T was perfect

The Best Philly steak ever that I have found here in Dallas! The Bread is so fresh! It's one of the #1 reason these Philly cheese steak are so delicious! Love the combos they have, very affordable! Customer service is wonderful. Very clean restaurant! Restrooms very clean! Go to Zac's you won't be disappointed I promise!
