So I ordered two meals on the Chipotle app. Around 9:40 AM. I knew the delivery would take a while, I was very aware. I told my wife I would meet her at her work for lunch at 11 AM. I get in my vehicle and I check the order status at 10:40, and it turns out my order has been canceled. No email, no notification from the app. So now I had to re-order the item. And now it’s going to be ready by 11am. And I have to pick it up. I chose delivery because I had my 14 month old daughter and did not want to go inside a chipotle with her, with Covid-19 still active. But now I am forced to go inside. This is ridiculous. I should’ve been notified.
It's a new location and setbacks are understandable.
Low on multiple ingredients and customers standing around waiting.
Bowls lined up and getting cold.
