Smoothie Factory

I want to give them 5 stars so bad but just can't. They are not consistent. Some days my smoothie is great others ots watery and nasty. Today I'm here at 8:10 and they are not open. They are suppose to open at 8:00, disappointing. This is a customer service issue and could definitely be fixed.

Love getting smoothies here, excellent service excellent employees! Braydon is an amazing manager always welcomes guests into the store and always has a positive energy when I come in! I was going to smoothie king but this will definitely be my place of choice from here on out! Keep up the amazing work!

Omg Why have I not been here before? This is it! I have sworn off all other smoothie places!! This is TRUE royalty! It was hard to choose a flavor because they have such a variety but I LOVE me a delicious blend of Ginger Berry Greens. The customer service was phenomenal and they seemed to really care about my needs. 10/10 going back tomorrow

This store has absolutely the best customer service ever!!! The staff always goes out of their way to greet customers by name, and most of the time they remember what you are ordering if you are a previous customer. The store is always clean, and the staff always pleasant even when they are packed. I so much prefer them over Smoothie King. If you want a healthy smoothie, staff who knows their products, and also goes out of their way to make your visit special, then you should absolutely go by and give them a try. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
