Overall, this place was very good. I really enjoyed my french dip sandwich. I gave this place a 4, because it took an extremely long time for my food, and it was not busy either.

Good food but they gotta answer the phone. Had to call 5 times throughout the day to place a catering order and the phone number and VM are not set up. When you do find a way to give them $ they deliver quality most of the time.

This was my first visit to this location for Texadelphia. I used to visit their Addison location often before it closed several years ago and never knew this one was here. I stumbled upon this location while looking for lunch in the mid afternoon. As it was after lunch, the restaurant was nearly empty save one other table and service was understandably very quick. I had the mushroom cheesesteak with no onions. It was properly prepared with a good amount of mushrooms and cheese and not overcooked. I did not order a side but stuck to the complementary tortilla chips. The sandwich was excellent and I'll remember this location so I can visit again. I always enjoy a good Philly.

I had the French Dip. It was OK, not great. I don't think it was worth the price overall, but it definitely wasn't bad.

The nicest part was the atmosphere. Nice big open spaces with lots of light coming through the windows.
