Quirky corner for some milk teas and more! This trendy place has food, drinks, games, and photo opportunities. Honestly, this was made for the college students in the area with plenty of space to study and a relatively quiet shop. They stand out with the experience there and I enjoy my visits when I drive near the campus.

One of my all-time favorite places to study! The staff members are super nice and the tea is great. The roasted milk tea with less sugar is my current favorite. Although there is a $0.25 transaction fee for purchases under $5, it's not much extra so I don't mind paying it. It's also super close to campus so it's convenient for study groups and group projects as well. Love it here!

I really loved the atmosphere here. They play great study music, have good lighting and a friendly staff. I would recommend if you are looking for a cozy cafe to study or a nice place to hang with friends. My all time favorite drink would have to be the Wintermelon Lemon Juice or a simple Brown Rice Green Milk Tea. Something I really love about them is that their drinks aren’t too sweet and their food tastes amazing. I always get the braised pork rice, but if your looking for something lighter they have plenty of options to choose from. As a UTD student this place is such easy access from campus especially when you are in need of a nice study place. I would totally recommend this place. ♥️♥️♥️
