They're pretty damn quick. Even if you come here and there's a line extending to the door, don't fret - they'll clear out the line in about 4 minutes.

The food isn't bad as it's cooked fresh. The staff does seem pretty robotic, though. They move at such a fast pace and they probably don't have many people ask them questions. When you do ask them a question, especially those by the register, it totally throws their flow off and they lost. I was telling the cashier I got a regular chicken serving, not double, and she proceeded to ask three times if I wanted my receipt. I merely found it comical. But yeah, not a bad spot.

The employees here are top notch, this location is worth going out of your way for. I've worked in Richardson for 12 years and this is the best Chipotle location I've ever been to, in all my travels. They run this like a well oiled machine, and know many regulars!

Great place. The food is good and never waiting forever in line. Highly recommended for quick full plate and not too expensive. Less dollar menu unlike other restaurants but the food is good always at this location. Server and cooks are always looking clean. Planning to visit again whenever I'm in the area.

I personally can't think of a bad experience at this location, but I knock out one star but something I witnessed during a recent lunch visit. I ordered a steak bowl to go. As the employee scooped the meat into my bowl, 2 chunks of steak fell into the pinto beans. Instead of using a spoon to take them out, she simply pushed them further in so they could not be seen on top... This is wrong on so many levels. There are vegetarians who choose not to eat meat for a variety of reasons, and many of them would not want any meat touching their food. She simply pushed them in with the spoon and continued on like nothing happened. That was disappointing to witness... Lucky for her, there were only 2 customers behind me and neither noticed
