    I love the food here! Congrats to the chef!!! Waitess Cici is amazing. She has a real smile! She is lovely person. She reads your heart. She makes sure you eat what you love. Very carefuly she makes sure things are right!!! She loves you!!!! Thank you for having me.

    Good wait staff. Pancakes just alittle dry. Great staff. Keep my water filled

    It's the IHOP. They have always had burgers, now they have been advertising and promoting them.
    The various sizes and bottom less fries are good. Freshly made and great fries. With all the trimmings. Nice to sit and be served instead of fast food places. The burgers are excellent and at a great price.
    What's disappointing and the three stars is for the surprisingly higher prices for the egg and pancake combinations. The new menu prices are not reasonable for what is served at breakfast. Add juice and it's $2.50 more. Add coffee and a full breakfast is more than $10.
    Lunchtime is now much better and more reasonable.

    The restaurant was clean. The service was 5 star. The food was excellent. Best IHOP experience possible.
