Amazing taste! We absolutely love our fried rice! Should be one of the best fried rice in town. And the service is really nice, too!

Lunch was good but definitely could have been better.

Food taste great with nice presentation. I like how their plates design looked like food are being served on a wicker paper plate holder. Husband had the Rib Pho and raved about the broth as well as the meat. The Shaken Beef Rice's portion was more than enough for lunch. The beef was cooked right and well flavored with the nicely added potato cubes. I am not used to not having a small bowl of soup that usually accompanied a rice ordered.

Services, on the other hand, could really need some improvements. We arrived as a party of 2 adults and a child, only 1 menu was brought out along with a large glass of ice water and a plastic cup of water for the child. When asked for another menu and another cup of ice water, waitress brought out a small cup of ice water and no additional menu. I originally ordered the Shrimp Paste Tofu Noodle and was informed that they have ran out of shrimp paste and can be substitute with more tofu. That confused me to substitute a sauce for more protein, what would I be dipping the food in? When asked to have a small bowl so that we can split the pho for our child, she brought out exactly just the bowl, we have to ask for small spoon, then a scissor. They did not have utensils readily at the table so I thought it would be a given to bring out extra utensils when we ask for the extra bowl. Likewise when ordering the milk coffee and mango smoothie, she didn't bring straws for the drinks.

Also, a word of advice: when your customer tripped on their way out the door because the front door mat was lifted and did not get adjusted to avoid tripping hazard, it is basic gesture to come out to see and ask if they are okay. It show that you are not too busy to concern about their safety. The elder gentleman that tripped and almost hit his head on the door seems visibly upset and the waitress stood in the back and yelled "sorry, so very sorry" did little to help ease the customer. He even adjusted and flattened the mat since staffs did not even bother to do so. These are common senses that seems to be lacking in their services.
