Starbucks

I was having a awful day until I desire to go to Starbucks to get a drink. On upon arriving there, I was conflicted which drink I should get. Keep in mind this was my first time going to Starbucks. I was greeted by this wonderful young women so cosmetic. She explain each drink with detail. She recommend a tea to me, which I accepted. It was the prodigious tea that I have tasted. If I can recall her named was yulisa? Not sure thought. Just wonderful, open mind, industrious person I have every met.

There is something wrong with almost every order we place either via app or drive thru. Most upsetting (to me) is lack of PEPPERMINT! Other issues included 3/4 filled cups, lids not secured, wrong sizes despite being ordered through the app, etc. I truly want to give this location the benefit of the doubt because it's a new location, but it's been open long enough to have properly trained baristas. This is not up to Starbucks standard in any other area.

New Starbucks, great staff making it all work despite all that’s going on. Drive thru staff always makes an extra effort to engage. I appreciate it.

The people here are wonderful. I come here every day since they open and people really do make in the store. The whole staff is great kind and awesome.

I read some of the reviews of people getting upset and giving one stars because their orders wrong or they had a wait a long time. That happens everywhere when busy.

Yes I get frustrated when they mess up or take a long time But it’s once in a blue moon
