Dunkin'

I’ll start off by saying that I have been enjoying DD coffee daily for over 15 years. I wanted to give it some time before reviewing this location in Rowlett Texas as I know the DD establishment is newer in the south and as in any business it does take some time to work out the quirks.
Anyway, I have a mixed review. I have been frequenting this location for approximately 5 months now, I visit approximately the same time each day. Over this period of time I’ve had both great and unpleasant experiences.
In this short amount of time the staff has changed frequently aside from maybe 1 employee that I have seen since my very first visit. It’s almost like they rotate them out or something. The one employee whom has been there throughout this period of time is excellent!! She makes my coffee perfect which for any person who looks forward to starting the day off right-with DD coffee knows how important that is!!
I’ve never experienced a rude employee at this location, but I have experienced a highly annoying employee on more than one occasion. I’ve had to say my order, then repeat my order-not once but twice-as I repeat my order it was then repeated back to me incorrectly, which then I corrected it again and still received my coffee made wrong. I can understand maybe having to repeat it once, but to repeat it twice and it still be read back to me incorrectly makes me want to just drive away.
Anyways, About the coffee-I have no major complaints. I have 2 concerns. One is the hot coffee is NEVER hot. It is luke warm and two, There is a new employee as of recent who does not put enough ice in the iced coffee so within 5 minutes there is no ice left in your cold beverage.
I order the same 3 items every day-7 out of 10 times they will be made correctly.

Hadn't been to Dunkin in awhile. The people are great, but the quality has gone down. The cream filled donuts must have changed because they were not good
