La Pradera

Got the Ruby's Special (I think) and didn't care for the chicken fajita meat cut into chunks vs strips or the overly saucey tomato topping. Beans were good, salsa was good. Staff was great and attentive.

Fast and friendly. Pretty standard Mexican food. Just the right size establishment that can cater to a large or small group.

This was a most exciting experience. Very cozy atmosphere. Service was beyond reproach. Food was excellently prepared and large servings. I had the enchilada dinner. My son had shrimp enchiladas which were fabulous. If I did not live an hour and a half away I would be there several times a week! Prices were reasonable. I'd large selection on the menu. Check out the website. I would rate this restaurant in the top five Mexican restaurants I have been to In My Life!

Stopped by to meet with family while I was in town. Excellent service and excellent food. All at reasonable prices. Hard to beat if you want great food.
