A great restaurant to eat Russian and Eastern European cuisines--really the only place of its kind that I know of in the metroplex. Love the dumplings, soups, beet salad and salmon caviar. Everything is freshly prepared and the service is friendly, too. They are happy to recommend a dish if you can't decide. There are vegetarian and gluten-free options on the menu so I won't hesitate to bring my friends to try some authentic Russian food.

They serve liquor, too! The dining room is decorated with birch trees! Love it!!

Absolutely love this place! One of a kind. Getting to sit in a wood fired sauna while having Russian specialty food? (Even just coming to eat) The lunch specials during the week are great. Spending a few hours indulging is one of the best ways to rejuvenate the body. The facility isn't as shiny and new as some would want, but the new owners seem to be working to clean that even. But it's worth it anyway. The more they can rejuvenate the better of course, but the experience is unparalleled.

Really good food and the best service we’ve had in awhile. The staff was very friendly and had interesting stories about his time in the USSR. The spa area is really cool too. Highly recommend it.

Our family is hosting a Czech student and we wanted to do something special for his birthday by taking him out for some Russian food. We were excited by the photos and good reviews but were disappointed by our experience. The service was sooo slow, drinks were not refilled, and the tables had cheap plastic tables clothes on them. It was a Saturday evening and we were only one of two small parties dining there. The food overall was good, but nothing to get excited about.

I really love this place. I've been a regular for over a year now and have gone there at least 6 times. It has recently improved quite a bit in several respects. As opposed to previous management, it is a pleasant surprise to see customer service is being prioritized and given more careful attention. I cannot speak for the Finish and the Turkish steam rooms, but the Russian Banya has definitely improved. It's noticeably cleaner and the heat is maintained at the proper higher temperatures, as it's supposed to. The food is pretty much always great. I would like to see more improvement in maintaining the cleanliness of the locker rooms/showers and the cold plunge. Also, I hope some renovations coming in the near future. It is a bit of a run down space, but for those of us who have experienced Russia in the 90's it almost feel like a time capsule, so the nostalgic aspect is a plus to me.
