Best lemon pepper wings I've ever had!
This was our first visit & it won't be the last! The wings were cooked just right & the flavors (lemon pepper, Caribbean hot & Cajun) were very good. The place is very well maintained & very clean.
We moved to this area 2 years ago and have been hesitant to try this place simply because most knock off wing joints just plain suck. Today we have in not wanting to make the 15 minute drive to Wing Stop like usual. I figure there are some folks in the same situation considering the lack of quality wing joints around here.
So here we go.... first impression was good. We ordered online and the food was ready when I showed up as planned. The place looked clean and I got prompt and friendly service.
As I drove back home, I dove right into the fries like normal. I wasn’t impressed with them, I guess I was expecting hand cut fries not the typical frozen bulk fries I got. They were seasoned well and tasted okay, just not was I was expecting.
Now for the wings- we ordered 3 flavors and all tasted good. The wings were crispy and the sauces were what you would expect. The mild is very mild, no heat whatsoever. The Cajun was a bit over seasoned but still good and the Lemon Pepper was on point. My only issue with the wings is, well they were small.
All in all the prices are similar to Wing Stop but just not as good. Good enough though to satisfy your Wing craving if you don’t want to drive the 30 minute round trip to get the good stuff. For the fries alone I will make the long drive next time.
