Firehouse Subs Village at Crossroads

Interesting visit. Decided to pick up a sub because it was convenient. Arrived at the register, and a pleasant young lady was taking my order and then another female colleague yelled and said... "YOU HAVE TO REPEAT THE ORDERS BACK TO THE CUSTOMER, THE CUSTOMER STATED IT WAS INCORRECT AGAIN". Now, it wasn't what she said but the tone was slightly sharp and I think the young lady at the register was embarrassed. Then she fumbled on my order slightly while entering it in the system and started tearing up. I felt so bad for her and stated.. "take your time, you got this". I think she was embarrassed and overwhelmed. The other lady did come over to console her and ask her to take a break. Its just one of those things, you never know what people are going through and there trigger. My heart went out to the young lady. 💔

My sub was good and the preparer did a great job! 😊👍🏾

Going forward, let's be conscious of our tone/delivery of negative feedback in front of others, it can shatter someone.

Yes they are open! The online ordering was down but I was able to place an order in store no problem! Also I got a busy signal on their phone but I got my sandwich and good to go. It's a good day in Crossroads now that firehouse subs is open!

#deliciousness and I mean FRESH!!! 10:30 am opening everyday, fast, friendly, clean, knowledgeable staff. We found out that they opened for sure last night (Jan 29th 2022) and I had to have one 1st thing this morning. This sub was the most delicious sub I have ever eaten!
I ordered the "hero" and it did not disappoint 👌. I can't wait to try all the other combinations and even the Spicy Cajun Ckn & Jamaican Jerk Turkey subs. #mouthwatering light and airy.
Thank goodness 🙏 we have a great sub place here in Crossroads ..... so sick of the same food choices ​around here.
