Fresh food. Quick service. Come for the Fajitas and Tacos, but stay for the Sopapillas. Rosa's makes most of their food fresh, after you order it. Tortillas are always made fresh, daily on-site. They have something for everyone.

This location is a good place to go and eat text mex. Their service is usually fast and quick. The enchiladas are good. They are to me, the best and quickest cheese enchiladas around. The food comes out quick. They have a self serve salsa bar and the drinks are self serve also.

This is one of those walk in stare at a giant menu order quickly because the line is long kinda places. I generally like to sit, order a drink and take my time perusing the menu while I eat chips and salsa.

But I must say the food is fresh and well above your average Mexican joints. Portions are plentiful and meal is a good value

They have plenty of parking, very nice exterior decor and an entrance with an ordering process that keeps customers flowing through at a faster than normal pace (compared to other fast casual restaurants). The cost is surprisingly acceptable: two (2) kids meals and two (2) adult meals came to just under $30. With an extensive menu, and always friendly faces on the staff, it's easy to miss the unique interior atmosphere with pastels and South American influenced art coving the walls and lining the dining room. If you need something reliable AND easy on the pocket book then you've found a sure thing at Rosa's Cafe!

Average to below average mexican food. I recommend looking for non-chains whenever possible. They are always that much better. Everything was fine just no wow. It's a fine place in a pinch. No real service. It's a dressed up taco cabana with higher price points and same food.
