As a frequent costumer, i can say the food is delicious but costumer service could definitely improve.

The girl handing out your food when it’s ready is friendly, helpful, and very kind. The cooks are clean and make sure you’re happy with your order.
However, the cashier is extremely rude; this is NOT the first time I have an issue when ordering with this lady.
I understand that she does not enjoy her job (as she expresses every time I ask how her day is going) but when someone decides spend money to eat out instead of cooking..... we expect to have a pleasant time and not be around so much negativity.

The manager is actually awesome, I went there again and it’s much better overall. I think I just went in the wrong day the first time. I would still say that I got a half pound bun when I ordered a pound. Also please check on the inferno sauce to be specific. I want to come back but it is no longer grilled nor has the same texture and that I don’t know why. Thanks for your reply!

I got the half-pound bison burger. It was really good. This is the first burger place I've tried in the area, but they had an easy ordering process and the fries were great.

Was pretty good. Almost the same price as whataburger for much better food. Ive never seen so many pathetic reviews of crybaby people. No reason this place should be anything less than 4 star. Unless you want gourmet. In which case go on down to red lobster for 80 dollars a meal.
