Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q

Went there for a quick beer and a pulled pork sandwich. Was helped by the very nice register employee who taught me how to order and was served very quickly and enjoyed my sandwich with a variety of their BBQ sauces available! It's mostly self-serve type setup so it's easy to get in and out pretty quick!

Best BBQ in Texas. Babyback ribs are a must. Make sure and take home a bottle of sauce. Turkey is great and there is lean and moist brisket. Prime rib and peppered tenderloin on Friday and Saturday until they run out. Regular and spicy sausage. White and wheat bread available. Sweet corn, Cole slaw, potato salad. Several types of ribs. Very good selection of meats. Cost is by the pound so be careful it's easy to over buy. But you can always take it home. Eat of off paper plates, and everything is delivered at counter when you order in a basket.

BBQ...is a go to for lots of people! Rudy's will leave you full happy and thinking about your next visit!! Easy access off 35E. Parking is easy. Service is fast. Mostly no wait unless lunch or dinner rush. Picnic style seating...long tables with chairs around them. Also has some outdoor seats for beautiful Texas days!!

I can smell this place off the highway every time I drive by it. It's so amazing. I love the barbecue here. All the sides are amazing too. Highly recommend.

First time for my husband and I. We ordered brisket, sausage, beans, and potato salad. While I didn't care too much for the potato salad everything else was very good and on point for the both of us. We also really loved the BBQ sauce. Lance greeted us when we walked up and he was very friendly and helpful. He let us try some samples and was patient with us as we decided on what we were going to order. The ONLY reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I didn't feel they had enough side choices like Macaroni and Cheese or Okra. But we will still be returning because of the great service we received and the quality of the meat.
