Mi Taza Mexican Restaurant

This has become our “go to “ restaurant for Mexican food. Really enjoy the enchiladas, fish tacos, guacamole. Cold beer. Attentive staff. Owner is usually present. Casual atmosphere. Can get busy but, tables turn quickly. Clean restrooms. Plenty of parking. Beats the heck out of the chain restaurants. This has become our favorite mexican food place in Denton. The tacos are great, and the enchiladas are very good indeed.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Denton. The staff is very friendly, quick and efficient. The beef enchiladas with meat sauce are delicious and they have the best retried beans. Try a sopapilla for dessert, they are light and fluffy, coated with cinnamon and sugar, and served with honey. Nice variety of margaritas. Visited on a Friday evening and were able to get a table without much wait. Good chips served with tasty and fresh salsa. All food was hot and delicious.

First time eating here at the recommendation of my brother. I found it to be a great place that was clean, very friendly, nice atmosphere, and the food was fresh and delicious. Will definitely make Mi Taza a place we will come back to many times.

We have been coming here for a couple years and it is consistently good. Service never disappoints and the margaritas and salsa are wonderful! The owner always recognizes us and makes us feel welcome.
