They Pei their Wei into my heart every time I have their Honey Seared Chicken on fried rice with a side of soy sauce and mayonaise. I love this restaurant so much that I wish I could marry it, and conceive our first child together. I think we will name it after my grandfather, who was a general. My grandfather also prepared the best chicken on earth. Passing on his name to this wonderful child would make Grandpa Fred very proud. If only he were here to see this wonderful union between man and national pan-Asian restaurant chain. If only he hadn't have visited Panda Express on that fateful day. Who knew the barely cooked chicken would come back alive and take his long awaited revenge. We will miss you forever, Granpa. 4 stars.

    Edit:
So I gave them another shot, wasn't a fan. I tried ordering online so the food would be ready when I got there, had a hard time figuring out how to navigate the menu. Fair enough, some things take a little to learn. So I tried calling in the order...no one answered. Got there in person, put my order in to go. The guy taking it seems young and under-trained, and he's all alone. Which explained the lost look on his face. So I go sit down to wait. And I'm sitting...sitting around waiting, and waiting. It seemed like it was taking forever. So I finally go up and ask, turns out things had gotten shuffles around, so my order had been filled, but they all thought I was waiting on more items.
And then there was the food. Now, maybe I'm spoiled, having lived in Asia. But I don't think that rice is supposed to be that dry and...I didn't like the rice. The steak seemed stringy and flavorless, the vegetables unevenly cooked.
I really wanted to give more stars, but the quality of food matched the service: reasonably adequate, but not recommended.

    End edit

    Original:
These Pei Wei guys are on it when it comes to customer relations. So if you see something off, let them know and they will fix it. I like a company that cares.

I've only been there the once, and I was ordering for a friend, so I haven't actually tried the food at this location. I tried calling ahead, but managed to call the catering line instead of the regular order line. (I hit the #2 option instead of #1) and no one was answering. So I wasn't able to place my order ahead of time like I wanted.
I got there in the mid-afternoon on a Tuesday, so there were only a couple parties sitting down and one at the register. Basically, there were more employees than customers. The girl at the register was struggling with the order for the customer before me and was having to get some help, so that took a bit of time. Eventually another girl came over and helped her out. Then I ordered. Drink and a spicy tuna roll...and then had to help myself to a cup after she left. They have those awesome soda machines that have all the flavors... unfortunately, the first one was out of everything diet. Fortunately, the second machine was good.
I was in a bit of a hurry, so it felt like forever, but it was probably just 10 minutes until my order was ready. There was one or two guys working the grills, a couple girls cleaning things up and staying busy, and a group of about four huddled together and occasionally talking with the other workers. They had to call my name a couple times. It's a pretty big space and the girl was quiet.
The lighting was dim and the setting relaxed. Probably should have taken the hint and let them know I needed them to step it up, but when you order to go, that should let people know you have somewhere to be. Lesson learned.
I don't like to leave less than a 5* review, but I also prefer a business who earns their stars. Overall, nothing super bad, just slightly sub par for me. I'll let you know if they change my mind.

Customer Service was good. The new girl did her best and i could tell she was trying to learn. But it's super cold in the building. We were there enough time that we should've gotten warmed up. Also the food was not prepared really well. Some of the pieces were undercooked. Felt squishy. I got it to go and I was waiting longer then my friend who ordered her food after me. It was sitting there but no one was paying attention. Also there was no utensils in the bag or anything.

Appeared clean, staff friendly, food fresh.

Menu not as overwhelming as most Asian restaurants where there's almost too many options. Shrimp and chicken good. However, no duck sauce but their sweet chili sauce is good. No salt and pepper on table. No plain sweet tea, had a couple of flavored teas.
