Mellow Mushroom

I think I found a pizza place that deserves a top 5 spot of all the places I've tried in my entire life! I have no comments to the service or the atmosphere because I got the pizza to go, but it was hot and ready as soon as I got there for pickup. I love the variety in the menu and the option to get a half and half pizza and try two of the specialty pizzas. I GREATLY appreciate the vegetarian options here, I usually find pizza places to just have the standard veggie and it's so basic. At Mellow Mushroom I tried the Holy Shiitake and the Great White. The crust is amazing, a thicker crust, chewy, crispy on the bottom and covered in parmesan, so flavorful. The toppings were unique and a great combination. I will be back again and again. Pizza was a little on the pricy side, but after tasting I felt it was worth the extra dollars.

We tried Mellow Mushroom for the 1st time today. The host and our waitress were both so friendly and did a great job explaining the menu. They offer things like speciality pizzas turned calzone, or half and half pizzas. Awesome. I have 1 vegetarian in our family. It was nice to have so many choices to satisfy/accommodate everyone. We chose to start with bruschetta. It was delicious! We shared the Great White Pizza, also really good. So glad we stopped there. We will be back!

The pizza was great. Always have some interesting options and it was easy to get half and half on the pizza to satisfy the varied tastes of my lot. The pretzels for appetizers are normally my go-to, but today we tried the garlic loaf w/ marinara. Good stuff. Check this place out for some relaxed, delicious, carb and garb.

Really good pizza, but honestly, what pizza have you had that is not good? Nice location, restaurant is very clean, and staff was friendly.

The only complaint I had was the amount of time between our food coming out. We were a party of eight and they brought half the salads, then ten minutes later the other half. Then they brought one meal, five minutes later another, and another three minutes later the last of them. Just kind of strange.

Overall, great food!
