I am a fast drinker and not the easiest to keep up with on refills - where other buffets have me looking around wondering when my drink is going to be refilled, this place never let it get much lower than half. Better value than the others I have visited; the only painful part of it all is from over eating which is entirely self induced. Plenty of parking, easy to get to, and overall a good value. Will definitely be coming back again and again.”

“Look I'm not going to say I'm a fan of their politics but this place knows their product and takes care of their guests. For me the grilled chicken nuggets with buffalo sauce is my jam. When I'm not so restricted the traditional chicken sandwich is awesome and their waffle fries are awesome! Their service is top notch and they spare no expense. Easily the most well rounded fast food chains there is.”

“Always consistent product here: Smoked meats, savoury sides. A New side is baked sweet potato. Go easy on the cinnamon butter, so sweet. Brisket here is awesome and always tender. I do sliced. Wife loves the chopped brisket sandwich and it's plenty for her. I'm a 2 meat plate, brisket and ribs. And gotta get a to go box, so much meat. Best value of any BBQ chain IMO. Buy the drink cup if you're a regular, and get .99 refills.”

“I went this evening to Cotton Patch the new restaurant over in Razor Ranch. The atmosphere was great and I was seated immediately. My waitress was very friendly. I have no real complaints but on food heat and serving size. I purchase chips and dip or salsa. Very little salsa in very small dish. I also had an order of fries that came mostly burned and warm not hot. So my personal experience was a 3 star performance. I did appreciate my waitress she was awesome. So I wanted to say thank you.”

“This is my go-to one-stop shop for pickle buckets. Pretty incredible deal, donate 2 bucks to their charity and get a 5-gallon pickle bucket. You don't even have to use them for pickles, we got 4 or 5 at home now and we use em for all sorts of stuff, ones we have a plant in, another I use as a bathtub for the baby, and just last week I converted one of the buckets into a homemade keg and am brewing up some barley wine using leftover bread from Firehouse - I'm thinking of calling it Firehouse Subwine; maybe we could work together on this. Staff there are friendly and give prompt service, the sandwiches are delicious, and the hot sauce variety rules, but we definitely come for the buckets mainly. Oh and I didn't even mention the best part, since the money for the buckets technically goes to charity -- you don't have to pay taxes anymore, it gets written off! Good food, versatile bucket, and a huge tax credit?! Why there isn't always a line out the door of the place, I'll never know!”
