Buffalo Wild Wings

Went to this new location with my son about 3 weeks ago, atmosphere is very nice. We were seated relatively fast as it was around 3 pm. The waitress seemed a bit put out to me, I am use to seeing waiters/waitresses with a bit more enthusiasm. We ordered the food and it did take a bit longer to be expected. However, I understood that they were a new location and I am a pretty understanding guy. I would have liked the waitress to perhaps come to the table and let us know the status after 30 minutes, but we did not get this. We received the food from a different waitress which can sometimes happen, no biggie at all. The food was great! However, once again the service is lacking. My son and I sat with empty drinks and ice melting for most of our meal. Our waitress never came back to refill. She was busy mingling with her co-workers and not paying ANY attention to us. We did get our drinks refilled 2 other times but not from our waitress. We didn't even get the bill from our waitress as well, we received it from another person we did not know. Personally I would not recommend this place as it is at the moment. Perhaps once they get more settled. I will go back but I will wait another year before doing so.

Sat in the bar and we were served by 2 other waitresses before our actual waitress cane to help us. Seemed she might have been distracted by a particular guest who was also at the bar. The two other waitresses were excellent and the food was good. Will be back, but hope to have better service next time.

The food is good, both times I went something was off but not so much I can really complain about it .
First time was late at night To Go order and we didn't get any ranch or the carrots/celery I ordered + the wings didn't really have much sauce.
Second time, they left off the fried pickles we ordered.

Otherwise I'll still go back, the food was good.
