(April 21, 2019, 6:10 pm)This is the most unconventional of 5 star ratings, our experience here is usually 100 excellent however today is Easter ???? and understandably a lot of places are closed. We stopped in and ordered our usual and due to the holiday you can tell they are short staffed. Our honey seared chicken came out not up to par, and also our lettuce wrap filling was on the burnt side as well. What makes this a 5 star rating is that the manager Caesar upon being told about it went above and beyond, made sure we were taken care of and genuinely apologized for the issue. Because of this we will be back, excellent customer service and quality management > bad food experience. Thank you pei wei

(March 14, 2019, 7:46 pm)We visit this Pei Wei more than any other Pei Wei location in North Texas. Their employees are generally polite and the food is typically delivered quickly. So far we haven't had a bad experience here!
