My server Toni was the best I've ever had. If you stop by please make sure you ask for him! Beautiful environment, delicious food, and excellent service!

Let me be honest, when you have a bar regular customer handle customers better than your own service staff, that's a big no no in my book, train your staff better. They should not be on their phones while on the floor, bartender included.

Food, however is plentiful, enough portions to be saved for lunch, or a big meal. I would recommend the food, which is why I give Del Pietro's a 3 star, maybe more if service would be better.

Really delicious, affordable, casual Italian. It's a solid, expected menu with outstanding flavor and quality ingredients. Entrees are larger and suitable for sharing or take home to enjoy again later. Table rolls are a perfect combination of tender, substantial and tasty. Cocktails are perfectly balanced. Appetizers are pretty standard, suggest you skip and save room for dessert. Husband is a tiramisu connoisseur and he is already talking about pooping in for coffee and dessert tomorrow ????.

Plenty of waitstaff, with more coming in as we were leaving and restaurant was filling up. Really appreciated our waiter, Fabricio. He was professional, keeping an eye on us while not hovering. We easily caught his eye with a glance when he was needed. Thank you!

I've had the pleasure of coming to Del Pietro's maybe once a week for the past 2 months, and I've noticed a few things. While this review may start negative, I'll explain why I give it four stars, instead of two.

While the food is very good, with great portions and the exquisite taste, it can be a hit or miss depending on who's cooking that night as I've been told by the service staff. If Pietro is the one cooking that night, you'll know the sheer difference when he is not there.

Service is at an all time low, Table side service is pretty horrible. I've been served by two gentlemen repeatedly every time I've sat down, and I just feel completely ignored by them. I would have to get attention from one of the ladies who isn't my server.

Due to the lack of attention and service, I decided to sit at the bar with my wife, hoping the bartender would be able to keep up. It's typically the same lady there every time, her name is Cassie and she is pretty good, she met the expectations I have been searching for, and she makes the dining experience much better.

The reason why I give this place a four star rating is because I've had the pleasure in knowing the regulars of Del Pietro's. They are the reason my wife and I come back to dine here. We had the pleasure of meeting Dee, who is the owner of the restaurant, learning about her and her family, her beautiful daughters and the like. There is an older man named Mike who also owns the Run Texas next door who loves to run and drink. There is a woman Meg who is in the medical field and has great conversations with my wife, and there is a young man named Tony. He is at the restaurant literally every single night, I think he's the boyfriend of Dee's daughter, but this guy can tell you everything you need to know about the restaurant between food recommendations or getting staff attention or anything you need.

Needless to say, I give this place a good rating due to the fun times I've had at this bar service and the people with it. If you're wanting a better experience at Del Pietro's, sit at the bar, instead of a table.

Glad to discover this place. We ordered veg and spinach pizza and they had a nice flavor and taste even the next day. Definitely worth the extra bucks that you may need to shell compared to the pizza you get great from the pizza chains.
