Chipotle Mexican Grill

I feel that each review is unfair and should allow the store to work out its kinks. Keep in mind the store is servicing all of Frisco, Little Elm. Elderado is very busy which is where this store is located. My best advice for the owner is to go into the online ordering app and add a extra 15 minutes waiting time to help the digital employees. No one has said the food taste bad. My teen works here and I know shes a hard worker the demand is very high and very demanding on the employees. Cut them so slack and just be happy a Chipotle has FINALLY hit our area.

Food is always great since you choose what you want. This location was packed. Wait in line wasn't too bad. Even the take-home area had a line. Funny the regular line was faster than ordering online and walking in and picking it up! Need another location near 380 and 423 please!

I love Chipotle, so I might be a little biased, but I didn't have a problem with wait time. They are extremely busy, so don't get me wrong, however they are faster, and have a better system then some of the not as busy stores. They seem to have a good system for pickup. I used to get the burritos, but I have to say, bowls are my favorite, and the way to go. Make sure to order online because it's true that this store is busy, and probably the busiest one I've been too, but that's a good thing if you think about it.
